The country’s telecom regulator has decided to set up an online customer redressal mechanism, providing a platform for dissatisfied consumers to express their complaints against their service providers.

It plans to have the platform working from  April 1, 2010

The customer can register any complaints, violations or any other grievance against their any mobile operator. the operator in question will immediately get the complaint.

“We can then see as to what per cent of customer complaints are addressed,” a Trai official said

” We are looking at different technologies to explore if SMS or voice calls can also be made part of the online customer redressal platform,” the Trai official added.

    I have used aircel for last 6 year and more.This month of 8th July 2013.I have recharged Rs 98 for Internet Pack.But,its not updated in my account. I have complaint with Retailer Hari Electronics at Kancheepuram.The owner of the Shop person Refused my compliant.I show the Trxn Rejected ID no:1418791812.Again ha has not accepted.I have talked Costmer care of Aircel thru my mobile Dt on 13.07.2013 Janarthanan & Valarmathi.Dt on 14.07.2013 PooJa,Dt on Poorani & Vignesh.

    All of them says same reply.”Your ac has not Recharged.You have checked retailer”.But retailer not accepted for the above statement.Pls adavaised the further action.

    Dear concern
    This is to inform you that I had submitted request on dated 02/07/2013 to Mr Harpreet singh at airtel office new jawhar nagar for portability for my mobile number XX and my 2nd mobile no XX.
    After that there is still no responce from Mr Harpreet singh and company side and even your employee harpreet singh didn’t pick my cal.
    I don’t know the current status of my request.

    I have used airtel in west bengal.i RCH mrp 120 on hello tune in advancr rental pack by throght lapu esey VAS.i pay to retailer but survice did not activeted i contact customer care they rply not apdete..plz sir my prblm solve..tnk u..

    Tata Docomo deduct my balance in a wrong manner. they says that u use net services but i didnot open any site from my cell. i activate wts up pack and use only wts up on my mobile
