The country’s telecom regulator has decided to set up an online customer redressal mechanism, providing a platform for dissatisfied consumers to express their complaints against their service providers.

It plans to have the platform working from  April 1, 2010

The customer can register any complaints, violations or any other grievance against their any mobile operator. the operator in question will immediately get the complaint.

“We can then see as to what per cent of customer complaints are addressed,” a Trai official said

” We are looking at different technologies to explore if SMS or voice calls can also be made part of the online customer redressal platform,” the Trai official added.

  3. Tata docomo deducted my 99+45+99rs for the subscription of two services, which i not subscribed, so give me that balance back or take strict action against such worst,third class operator

  7. sir i have porting my mobile number from TATA DOCOMO to BSNL on 01.12.2012 from CHANDANNAGAR BSNL EXCHANGE OFFICE at CHANDANNAGAR, HOOGHLY, but now my mobile number is still unported status with previous service provider. Pls do the needful immeditely.

Having Aircel Number(Punjab)with BB unlimited plan of Rs.399 per month. on 10.11.2012 was haing balance of more than Rs.1000/-, on 10.11.2012 deducted Rs.300 plus, again on 11.11.2012 deducted reoutine monthly charge of Rs.399/- and again on 13.11.2012 deducted Rs.163, showing balnce of Rs.0.00. Customer care does not lodged any complained as the charges for Net usages, rather i was having unlimited plan. only Rs.399/- deduction was justified, NO SOLUTION BEING PROVIDED BY AIRCEL PUNJAB.

  10. Sir I use airtel prepaid last 6 years. But last month
    they have disconect the service. they said non submission of proofe.
    I give the many time my proofe but still i have not solved my problem. what can i do please guide me. Thanking you

    i have portable my no from aircel to reliance i asked from customer care executive about FRC they told to get FRC of 36 and get benefit benefit of 1p/sec and bal of 30. Recharge show successful but no benefit provided when i registered complaint ref no 194178023 they told that this no is not eligible for thais recharge and asked me to get FRC of 17 but the result same again. Everytime i am getting different explanation about that. After that i was asked to get recharge of 48 and get balance of 48 but when i get this r’ge done i received no balance but free STD minutes..
    May i request you to get me my benefit done of rs 30 48 from reliance..

    I am not able recharge since last 15days, i have call customer care and send mail also, but no resolution yet,

    i kept the message for same received from company.

  14. I m using bsnl service this month they sent me a billl of 6 lakh + and more bill related wrong messages but the acutal bill is only 275 so I shocked. So much seeing that message
