The country’s telecom regulator has decided to set up an online customer redressal mechanism, providing a platform for dissatisfied consumers to express their complaints against their service providers.

It plans to have the platform working from  April 1, 2010

The customer can register any complaints, violations or any other grievance against their any mobile operator. the operator in question will immediately get the complaint.

“We can then see as to what per cent of customer complaints are addressed,” a Trai official said

” We are looking at different technologies to explore if SMS or voice calls can also be made part of the online customer redressal platform,” the Trai official added.

  1. I do hereby notify u that i have airtel services on my number and i activated my totaly dnd since one and a half year
    Now i m receiving unwanted messages from airtel and i have complaint to airtel coustmer care many times but all in vain.So, its my humble request to solve my problem.

  2. i am a bsnl pre paid customer my number . sir main account balance is loosing rs40 per month without any additional service is activated by me. pls issue the orders to concerning authority to stop deducting this amount from my main balance and also return my amount which i looses in past by the mistake of bsnl prepaid services. fr-anita sharma(bharatpu)

  3. sir I have airtel network. they post their internet offers at 2 Gb for 149 rupees for month when I was recharged that I got only 1 Gb data pack. after when I asked their customer care operator he told me that it came by mistakely. so plz help us from this airtel company. it’s network for internet is too slow they r grabbing more money from people’s and giving thirdclass network in 2g plz help us

  4. Airtel has disconnected my mobile without any prior information against a outstanding of no. not peratining to me . The no. in considersation is in use from last 5 years & has no outstanding balance . The credit limit is over Rs 2000. I am suffering business loss & i am traumatised with this kind of behaviour . The land line a/c no 16033295 i dont even know if it pertains to me . Though i used to have a land line connection which i had disconnected over a year back after settling the account . This is unfair on the companies side to demand any outstanding after a year later & that to with the threa of disconnecting the mobile connection on which the payments are regular .
    I am suffering business loss 7 will like to take this to the highest order

  6. i am using tatadocomo sim………03.03.13 that day ,reduce my main balance rs.100/-..customer care officer said refund the money …but don’t refund money …now,customer care don’t care about my problem.. i attached record voice of customer care said refund matter….please take action ………

  7. I have purchased Aircel Dongle,SIM and Recharge for Rs.447/-.From the day one it is not working due to non compatibility
    for Windows 8 OS.

    Regarding this I have lodged the complaint with Aircel customer care with nos. Service reference number 1-11385138861
    and Relevant team service reference number 1-11398772543.

    Till now from past 3 weeks the Aircel customer care have not resolved my complaint and they are even not responding to
    my mails.

    I have seen the Tata Photon+, Micromax Dongle and BSNL Broadband working fine with Windows * OS and Aircel does not
    works with Windows 8 OS.

    Do I need to appraoch the Consumer Forum to get the Justice and for getting compansation for the loss and harassment
    from Aircel customer care.Please advise.

    Looks like the Aircel want to close my balance and validity without providing service.

    Please help and advise.

    Additionally,whatever the minimum communications like Automail received are all false committments.

  8. Having Vodafone service is really pathetic , I have took serives with expetion of good Quality service. But this company is really stealing money form my Account I have did the recharge of 140 on 7th April 2013 and as soon as company seen this much amount in my account they have debited amount for no rison. I have no any pack and I have put mail before 3 day but till nobady had curtecy to reply back within given TAT of 48 hours.

  9. sir i am banu kumar using vodafone network service, the problem is they are sending the messages that hurry up
    vodafone RC18 gives 420MB free data valid for 4days, offer valid for only for u…
    i went to the retailer and recharged the certain,and i got only 120MB instead of 420MB. Then after i made a call by 11:45am on 10 april 2013,around that time to customer care, Vodafone cc received my call (lavanya) spoke to me, and told the problem will be solved within 24hrs they told but even still again i made a call today 11 april 2013, to vodafone cc (syed shajan) recvd the call and giving reckless answers that go to the retailer and ask. also problem as not been solved….
    kindly take a action on the vodafone network and on the members whom i have mentioned

Sir,I have been using idea sim for nearly 6 to 7 months.Whilst so, in the month of february one fine day suddenly hello tune got activated itself on my number.On this i tried to contact customer care but till today i am unable to do so.I stopped recharging it to stop further deduction.Today i recharged my mobile and again found a deduction for the hello tunes.It seems that idea company was waiting for deducting my balance. please help me out to keep up the trust in this company.

I have being filing not particular for vodafone particular but for all other telecom companies..They have increase there msg pack price and provide only 400 sms for month.please do something so that we could get 3000 sms for month like earlier use to be,because its getting expensive for me to recharge my pack service aftr few days..I m a student and I need msg service to chat with family and friends.
    kindly take strict action

  12. i have been faling this mail to request all telecom companys to reduse their prices of msg pack as it costing me very expensive please try to reduce the price and eleminate 100sms per day to 500 and 1000 as i am a student and i need more messages from my friends and family as the reason behaind this is jst that i am living in a boading coldge it made it very difficult for me to adjust in only 100 sms so i request you to please give some attention on my request….

  13. i am purchase new docomo no i do not use it more time but i am lost my balance 250rs. docomo costmer not tell me about this . please solve my problem.

  14. I made a recharge of rs 250 on my no. resulting a total balance of 255 in my account. Then i made 2 packs activated on it charging a total sum of rs 155 only.that’s why the balance should be 100.but i don’t know of what reasons my balance has got deducted.and it’s still getting reduced of absolutely no reason.moreover i am fed of calling the customer care centre again and again but the call gets disconnected again without any reason.please get a solution to my problem as soon as possible.thank you.

  15. i was purchase the samsung galaxy y duos lite in18-4-2013 in guntur and that time given offer is u will purchase the reliance sim card then it will give the 6 months 6 gb data one month one gb data told by shop and it was in write in cell cover i was going reliance store and paid 52 rupees and take the sim that time iwas asking the retailer for offer they told offer might be come but they dnt given offer what i do tell me

    mera vodafone no. jis par mai net pack use kar raha hun es no. par vodafone ne 17 Rs. ka balance kat liya or jab maine custmer care se contact kiya to wo bole rahe h ki 5 MB se kam hone par 10ps/kb balance katata h esliye aap ka balkane kata to fir wo 5 MB custmer ko bevkoof banane ke liye h kya tum sab custmer ko bevkoof samjhte ho kya or apne aap ko intelligent…

Sir am an airtel customer.. airtel has debited 18rupees from my mainbalance for using internet eventhough i have internet balance in my account.. it happened for more 4times.. then what is the purpose of activating the net packs and all.. when compared to other networks the tariff of airtel network has a very bad structure… they have hiked all the boosters call rates everything.. and the network coverage has gone worst.. airtel is the worst network i have ever seen..
